Esse guia tem como foco principal apresentar o passo a passo da construção dos P&C Socioambiental de REDD+, documento de abrangência nacional, elaborado coletivamente por representantes dos movimentos sociais, lideranças de povos indígenas, comunidades tradicionais, agricultores familiares, ONGs ambientalistas, instituições de pesquisa, setor privado, entre outros representantes da sociedade civil de toda a Amazônia brasileira.
