Relatório técnico resultante do estudo realizado pelo Serviço Florestal Brasileiro (SFB) e Instituto de Pesquisa Ambiental da Amazônia (IPAM) analisa como atender estrategicamente à demanda futura por madeira proveniente de manejo florestal em florestas nativas brasileiras, com o foco na Amazônia, e, ao mesmo tempo, preservar as funções ecológicas desses ecossistemas, com beneficios locais e globais.
