O Código Florestal é o principal instrumento legal do Brasil para cumprir seus objetivos de redução de emissão de gases do efeito estufa. Contudo, ele precisa ser totalmente implementado. Uma análise divulgada pelo Observatório do Código Florestal na COP 21 detalha seus desafios e suas oportunidades.
