Povos indígenas e seus territórios são centrais para combater as mudanças climáticas. Essa é a principal mensagem trazida pela cartilha “Povos Indígenas enfrentando a mudança do clima”. A produção é uma parceria entre IPAM (Instituto de Pesquisa Ambiental da Amazônia), IPÊ (Instituto de Pesquisas Ecológicas) e Funai (Fundação Nacional dos Povos Indígenas), com apoio da Hivos, Fundo Amazônia e Fundação Moore.
