Organizações da sociedade civil pedem uma medida imediata em defesa do Cerrado a ser tomada pelas empresas que compram soja e carne desse bioma, assim como os investidores que atuam nesses setores, no sentido de adotarem políticas e compromissos eficazes para eliminar o desmatamento e desvincular suas cadeias produtivas de áreas naturais recentemente convertidas.
