Para entender as causas da lentidão de adesão ao Programa ABC, o IPAM aplicou mais de 40 entrevistas com diversos grupos do setor produtivo e do governo. Por meio destas entrevistas, foram identificadas barreiras para a implementação de práticas sustentáveis no âmbito do programa. Os resultados destas entrevistas estão apresentados neste documento.
