O Comitê Indígena de Mudanças Climáticas (CIMC) tem a responsabilidade de acompanhar os debates nacionais e internacionais sobre o clima e divulga estudos realizados pelos povos indígenas sobre mudanças climáticas com o intuito de valorizar os conhecimentos tradicionais. Este boletim tem o objetivo de divulgar o CIMC e as atividades realizadas, além de apresentar os membros.
